Nicole was incredibly professional and made sure I understood every step of the process. She took her time to answer all my questions and explained aftercare in detail, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward.Yen also played a huge role in making the whole experience smooth, from prepping the area to offering guidance with a steady hand.
